Effective July 15, 2026
Your rounds, stats, and course activity are visible to you and people you follow, controlled by your privacy settings. Courses you create are private by default — you choose if they're invite-only, friends-only, or public. Game lobbies are joinable only with a room code.
The post-round recap is written by an AI language model. Only round facts (names as shown in the app, scores, and game events) are sent to generate it. No location, photos, or account data are included.
Subscriptions (TeedOff Rivals) are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
You can permanently delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete my account. Your personal data is destroyed immediately. Scorecards from rounds you played with other people are kept for those players, with your name replaced by "Deleted player".
Data is stored on our servers, encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored using industry-standard scrypt hashing. Course imagery is loaded from mapping providers (Esri/Maxar); those requests include the map area being viewed but no account identity.
TeedOff is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
We'll update this page when practices change. Questions or data requests: sjmoore92@gmail.com.
