TeedOff Terms of Use

By creating a TeedOff account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use TeedOff.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure.
You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the app in your region.
Don't misuse the service — no harassment, impersonation, cheating with other players' scorecards, scraping, or attempts to break or overload the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the scores, rounds, comments, and courses you create.
You grant us the permission needed to store and display that content so the app works — for example, showing your rounds to players you share them with.
You're responsible for what you post. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms.

Free app, optional tips

Free for everyone. Every feature of TeedOff is free. There is no subscription and nothing is locked behind a payment.
Tips are optional. You can leave a tip to support development. A tip unlocks nothing and changes nothing about how the app works for you.
Processed by Apple. Tips are one-time in-app purchases charged to your Apple ID and handled entirely by Apple. They do not renew.
Refunds. Tips are subject to Apple's refund policies; we don't process payments directly.

Service & changes

Golf distances, maps, and course data are provided as-is and may be approximate — use your own judgment on the course.
We may update, add, or remove features, and we may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer & liability

TeedOff is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJDevelopment LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
